What is your return policy?
Returns are welcome within 30 days of receiving your order. Orders past 30 days will not be accepted. Returned item(s) must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging. Store credit will not be issued if the returned products do not meet this criteria. Refunds will be given as Gugu Guru Marketplace store credit only. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs; however, the return shipping fee will be waived for store credit returns. If you need assistance choosing products or putting together a gift, please email: email@example.com. Our team of baby gear experts is happy to help!
Are there any non-returnable Items?
For safety and liability reasons, car seats, strollers, and other gear are unable to be returned. If an item is non-returnable, it will be noted on the product’s page.
What about exchanges?
Currently, we do not offer exchanges.
I received a damaged or defective product - what do I do?
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact: firstname.lastname@example.org within five days of receiving your shipment.
How can I adjust my order?

What is your shipping policy?
We are happy to provide complimentary free shipping on most orders. If extra handling fees are applied, it will be noted on the product’s page. Currently, we are only shipping to the contiguous United States.
What about lost or stolen packages?
Gugu Guru is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have successfully been delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer.
What types of payments do you accept?
Gugu Guru's shop accepts all major credit cards. For those who wish to purchase products or services for someone other than themselves, we offer gift cards.
What about price adjustments?
We are unable to offer price adjustments at this time.

Our concierge service matches parents with one of our professional baby planners, who delivers even more highly personalized help.

What are the benefits of using a Baby Planner?
You would hire a wedding planner, so why not hire a baby planner for the next big milestone in your life (which, by the way, is arguably a much bigger milestone than a wedding)? A professional Gugu Guru Baby Planner is a trained expert who will cut through all the noise for you; helping you prepare and get the right products and information for your family on the first try.
How do I sign up for the concierge services?
To get started, choose one of our Concierge packages. Once you purchase the service, you will receive an email with next steps.
How much do the concierge services cost?
We offer a variety of different packages to fit your budget.

Your Baby Planner will be in touch with you shortly after you have purchased your package and finished the Gugu Guru quiz. Typically within 24 hours or less on weekdays.
Can I keep working with my Gugu Guru Baby Planner after the service is delivered?
Yes! All of our Baby Planners and experts are happy to keep working with you directly once your service has been delivered.
Can I use Gugu Guru if I am outside of the USA?
At this time, our services are only offered in the USA.

Will I choose my Baby Planner myself?
Your Baby Planner and Concierge team are hand-picked for you based on a number of different reasons from location to your parenting profile and more. However, if you have a specific Baby Planner that you'd like to work with, please contact us via our contact form to let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Can I choose the store or website where my registry is hosted?
Absolutely! If you have a store or retailer preference, we can set up your registry wherever you'd like as long as that store has a website. If the store does not have a website, we will provide you with a tailored list to bring to that retailer directly.
What are the qualifications of Gugu Guru Baby Planners?
Our team of experienced, expert baby planners is located across the US and expanding every day. All of Gugu Guru's professional baby planners have completed rigorous professional training. They are knowledgeable and personable, and above all, excited to help you plan for your new arrival and beyond!
